The movies we have been a part of have only bettered our viewpoint of the Indian cinema audience. The Indian audience has opened up in the past years to unconventional movies and stories. Our successful trysts with CHHELLO DIVAS and BUDDHA IN A TRAFFIC JAM are perfect examples. A movie set in a Gujarati background, made for Gujarati audience, CHHELLO DIVAS has won hearts not only in India but overseas equally. We can proudly say, we have been a part of the new transformational wave in the Gujarati movie industry. Marking our presence in Bollywood, BUDDHA IN A TRAFFIC JAM has been an eye-opener to the politics and manipulations that Indian students have been quietly facing since past few years. Released in April 2019, our film ‘The Tashkent Files’ has been critically acclaimed. With more than 100 days run time in theatres, it is considered amongst one of the super-hits of 2019. It was recognised at the International Film Festival of India and also received a standing ovation. The Tashkent Files was awarded the Box office surprise of the year 2019 at the ZEE ETC Bollywood business awards too. The Tashkent Files was awarded the Box office surprise of the year 2019 at the ZEE ETC Bollywood business awards also and it has won two accolades at the 67th National Film Awards for the categories: Best Screenplay (Dialogues) and Best Supporting Actor (Female).
